Book Award Deadline
Just a reminder that the deadline for your ForeWord 2004 Book of the Year Award submissions is fast approaching.
In case the holidays have you in a "why bother, I'm too busy and this isn't worth my time" frame of mind, please read the following email the publisher of ForeWord magazine received from David Kilpatrick at YOU Publishing last week:"My novel UNDERCOVER WHITE TRASH won a Silver Award ...I wanted to let you know that I just optioned the film rights for the novel, with a good possibility of a sale in the early part of next year. The ForeWord Book of the Year Award really helped me position the book where it would be noticed by Hollywood, and I just wanted to say thanks!"
